Great place for anything. First place I look before searching elsewhere. Only thing I would change is bring back the movies section and offer similar products as online. Online doesn't offer perks like in store does, so the online selling department in that aspect feels boring.

Large; well showcased variety of products. Current trend & well appointed clothing. Friendly; helpful staff. I was asked twice by two different associates if I needed help finding anything. Where do you get that? Very pleasant experience.

Update: 15 Jul 2025. Excellent service. This NEX over the years has adapted and adjusted to the reality of the consumer markets and the Navy footprint in Bremerton. Excellent Uniform shop. This NEX is not merchandised for alot of kids products, but has lots of selections for adults ( Uniforms, tech, clothing, bags, accessories etc etc etc.

Employees are great. They will price match products found on Amazon unless sold by third party sellers. No tax on purchases. For military, dependents, DoD employees and military retirees only. You need military ID to shop here. Clearance sections are best placed to get super value deals. Package store is located here as well. Watch for sales!

It's a navy exchange, those of us in the service already know what's up. If you're unfamiliar, well suffice it to say it's a pretty good one, not the biggest, but it covers the basics. Clothes can be a bit pricey here, but for most simple amenities you can pick them up here and be on your way. Customer service is always next level and there's usually a sale going if you have a keen eye for it.

Store manager and her team helped with a complicated treadmill purchase. We had lots of questions that were answered and they even helped load in our truck. They were prompt and friendly. We appreciate the great service!

The NEX is a great place to find both working and recreational items. I enjoy finding unique items in the Navy Pride section. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The facility is well maintained with new and recent upgrades. It is a good experience shopping there. I recommend it to all.

good prices, tax-free, and basically the adult version of finding candy in your Halloween stash. Can’t beat it, unless someone convinces Navy Exchange to deliver pizza to your bunk
